Will I be locked into a contract?
Nope! We don’t believe in tying clients down to contracts. That goes for all our full end-to-end social media management packages.
You can cancel at any time before the next content cycle, so you do not get charged. You have full control of your subscription.
When I sign up, what happens next?
After signing up, we will send you an email with a link to an-on-boarding page. We need you to fill it out with as much information as needed. Access to it will be provided within 48 business hours after receipt of payment. Please set aside 15-30 minutes of your time for this very critical step.
We need the information you provide to determine content that our team will find and create for you. At this stage, to over-inform us is better than under-informing us.
What if I am not “techie”?
I understand. We have clients that do not want to deal with tech-stuff. So, no worries! We will take care of all the social media posting, including scheduling your posts. All we need is access to your platforms to get it taken care of.
You have full access to it, and you own it not us.
How do I know content you are publishing for me?
Your content will be sent to you as an excel file for review before we post any of it online.
The timeline will look like:
First time: Since we need to review, analyze your account, and create a content brief, please give us 5 business days to put all these together.
Succeeding months: We will send it to you 48-72 hours after receipt of confirmed payment
Do you post the content for me?
Yes, but only once you have reviewed it, or have given us the approval for posting. We require that you review all the contents. Once approved, that is when we will post/schedule the posting of the content for you.
Are the contents from swipe files, or in other words, templates?
Horrors. No! We do not believe in one-size fits all. Your social media copies are manually crafted and researched. We do not run our client’s contents using swipe files or templates because we believe your business is unique. This is why it takes us as much as 48-72 hours to craft it, and, when approved, post it for you.
The content will be created based on your audience needs, company goal/s and your voice.
You do not want to be like everybody else, like your competition, right? So, do we!
Can I still schedule posts on our social media platforms?
Of course! It is YOURS.
Our business is not based in the U.S. Can I use your service?
I (Ruby) would discourage you to use our service. We are not familiar with other business markets besides the U.S. We are not familiar with the laws and nuances of countries outside the U.S.
B2B is not my target audience. Can I still use your service?
Our ideal clients are those in the business-to-business (B2B) spaces, including startups, manufacturing, technology, and construction.
We are B2B masters; so, I (Ruby) am encouraging you to NOT use our service.
Does this include social media engagement?
No, this service is for handcrafting and publishing your approved posts only. Of course, you can upgrade to our social media management packages for an in-depth service.
How do I get billed?
To make keep things simple, your monthly subscription will recur automatically until you cancel it. And if you cancel it, we will complete the service for the billing period that has been charged already.
How safe is my payment information?
Your payment information is safe with Stripe. Stripe is like Paypal, all billing information is managed by that industry-standard payment gateway.
Do my social media updates roll-over?
No, all your 30 social media copies will be posted within the billing period.
So, if I order 30 pieces of posts, is it 30 contents for each of the 4 platform I choose?
No. If you order 30, we will create 30 posts.
We do not cross-post. You see, although your target user is the same, how those users consume content for every platform vary, so each platform will have a different content.
